You can install ch mw2 into chinese locale, so you can use a english keyboard to type chinese symbols out. Example: Biànxíng yàoshuǐ = shapeshifting potion( 变形药水 ) <-- this is basic translation by google, I would only rely on it for 1 or 2 words.

Note: You will not be able to access any of your other programs till you change back to your original locale.

that is usefull indeed but i meant to see in game english not chinese i know there is but i cant find the patch

I know the servers are having issues now.

I tried this 1.5 yrs ago, the english modified main.exe will not work if it's in chinese locale, which I guess that why it telling me to redownload the game.

Maybe if I install ch mw2 in chinese locale and use this to play it, but I honestly dont know which  one is chinese locale using the program x.x

it is not your problem....
the server is disconnected now....
and i think there is some technical problem in the chinese server,
so the gm may just fix the game (or shutdown the server and do nothing) in the midnight.
it is not our problem

and you know i am a traditional chinese user ( big5 code)
i am using it for playing this game (  GB code) too
you have to choose Chinese (Simplified)/ 中文(简体)

The older version might've worked but this one is more understandable.

I have installed mythwar 2 chinese version twice, one with the modified main.exe in english locale, and again in ch locale fresh install.

While using the applocale program, the mythwar client is no longer asking me to redownload that has been installed in chinese locale while being in English locale. I will see whenever there servers is up I can type chinese in stalls, it is the main reason I want to be able to type in chinese...
Edit:  I will just use this applocale program to access other programs I cannot access while in system chinese locale, prc. It's the only way I can type chinese with eng keyboard.
