Once downloaded, double click on it, "Direct3D">disable "allow hardware acceleration">"Direct draw">disable "use hardware acceleration"

I've been reading other forums about this resolution thing, but i tried changing all resolution, still doesnt work. and, i used right click on MW2 icon, i dont see "Compatibility" option either. Although it is black screen, when i move the mouse cursor to the bottom right, i can hear a sound like i can click on it. Which i remembered is the "Next" and "Quit" button. However, i cant see them, its all black
